As of Monday, August 13th, the City of Guelph will only accept questions through the bids and tenders website – not by phone or by e-mail. To submit a question for a specific bid, please click on the “Submit a Question” button associated with the bid opportunity.
The following is a list of all current online bid opportunities with the City of Guelph. Please refer to the Status column in the list to determine if the bid is open, closed or awarded.
Effective April 1st, 2017 the City of Guelph will connect to a national, online network of more than 100 public sector organizations as it accelerates the evolution of its online procurement management practices.
Vendors will be able to download a preview of the bid documents without registering as a plan taker. They will also be able to access more than 100 other Canadian, public sector organizations’ bid opportunities including education, energy, police, and health.
Vendors wishing to submit a bid will be subject to a fee in the form of an annual subscription for unlimited submissions to all organizations in the network. Alternately, for Vendors who bid infrequently, a pay-per bid option will also be available.Please scroll to the bottom of this page for detailed instructions.

To register as a plan taker select "bid details”. You will need to agree to our Disclaimer before proceeding.
Once registered as a plan taker you will be able to download the documents associated with a bid opportunity.
The City of Guelph invites all bidders to register their company under the Municipal Emergency Vendor Registration by filling out the appropriate section of the registration form. Providing this information allows your Company to be listed on our Emergency Contact Vendor List. This registration is optional.
Vendors are encouraged to keep their account profile up to date at all times as important notifications will be sent to the e-mail address associated with this account.
