The City of Guelph is looking for a Furniture Partner(s) to provide furniture supply installation and design services, including new layouts, reconfiguration and relocation for existing layouts and maintenance for furniture solutions at the City of Guelph facilities.

The successful Proponent will be required to supply services for new construction, renovations, additions and office reconfigurations, and smaller office and ancillary furniture orders (office churn). Projects from the City expected to occur under this RFP include retrofit of City workspaces for hybrid work (including City Hall), and furniture packages for the Baker Library, South End Community Centre, and various other renovation projects. At its sole discretion, the City of Guelph will have the right to add or delete projects as it sees fit throughout the Contract. The successful Proponent must be prepared to provide services and shipping/delivery to any City of Guelph facility location as and when required.
