The City is seeking Tenders to provide the following Goods and Services in respect of: The construction of Hanlon Creek Park washroom building and splash pad including: Demolition of existing building, removal of existing splash pad including all equipment. Complete new splash pad with landscaping. Construction of washroom/change room building approximately 80sq.m adjacent to new splash pad. Site servicing and grading. Accessible parking spaces and accessible paths. Supply and install prefabricated pergola. The City is seeking Tenders from the pre-qualified list from 20-072 Pre-Qualification of General Contractors for Hanlon Creek Splash Pad and Washrooms.
