Guelph Municipal Holdings Inc. (GMHI) wishes to explore the level of interest from experienced parties (Respondents) to assume ownership and operation of the district energy assets located in the downtown of the City of Guelph.  This Request for Expressions of Interest (EOI) seeks submissions from Respondents for maintaining the long-term commitment for providing heating and cooling to two (2) existing customers and, in addition, presenting potential opportunities for further developing the existing infrastructure with investment and environmentally sustainable technology options.  GMHI is open to the presentation of creative ideas provided the functionality of the system remains intact.
