The City is seeking Tenders to provide the following Goods and Services in respect of: -The provision of all equipment, labour, materials, to load, transport and dispose of stockpiled soils located at the Snow Dump (530 Wellington St W) or 29 Waterworks Place, resulting from emergency waterworks repairs. Stockpiled soils at the Snow Dump shall or 29 Waterworks Place be removed and disposed of on a semi-annual basis to the City’s licensed MECP O.Reg.406/19 Table 2 SCS soils receiving site located at 606 Massey Road. -Semi annual soil removal will be completed on an as needed basis and is estimated to range between approximately 300 to 1,200 MT for each event. -The first term of the agreement will commence upon tender award and will end December 31st, 2026 (the “Initial Term”). The agreement may be renewed at the sole discretion of the City for two (2) additional one (1) year (each a “Renewal Term”) to December 31st, 2028. The City is seeking Tenders from Responsible Bidders that have the necessary qualifications and experience to provide the Goods and Services sought. |
