The City of Guelph (the “City”) is issuing a Request For Proposals (RFP) to qualified contractors (the “Contractor”) to conduct a Waste Composition Audit (the “Audit”) over a period of one (1) year. The audit will include collecting and sorting various solid waste material streams from residential households and multi-residential properties and provide quantitative information to inform the Blue Box Transition occurring in 2025. |
