The City is seeking Tenders to provide the following Goods and Services in respect of: The supply of laboratory services as outlined in the specification for the following service areas: The first term of the agreement will commence upon tender award and will end June 30th, 2027 (the “Initial Term”). The agreement may be renewed for up to four (4) additional one (1) year (each a “Renewal Term”) to June 30th, 2031.[CL4.1][JM4.2] The City is seeking Tenders from Responsible Bidders that have the necessary qualifications and experience to provide the Goods and Services sought. |
