The City is seeking Proposals from qualified Proponents to provide the following:

Consulting services for the development of the Transportation Demand Management (TDM) Action Plan. This will consist of developing a Community-Based Social Marketing strategy, leading project communications and engagement, and developing City-specific branding and marketing.
