| Description: | 1. The City is seeking Tenders to provide the following Goods and Services in respect of: Roof replacement at the City of Guelph Farmer’s Market i. The Farmer’s Market is a heritage building and all work must be undertaken in accord with current conservation best practices for historic properties. ii. Areas of operation: The facility will be operational throughout the construction period. The farmer's market operates on weekends. Work may take place only on weekdays, Monday through Friday. The facility must be left clean at the end of work on Fridays. Work may not take place on Saturdays or Sundays. iii. The work of the base bid contract includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Replace all existing roof cover with new as specified. 2. Relocate existing exhaust fan and replace all associated material where noted. 3. Provide new light fixtures as specified. 4. Provide new chain link fencing as shown. 5. Provide all revisions to Mechanical and Electrical services as shown. 6. Review drawings and specifications for full scope of work. |
