The City is seeking Proposals from qualified Proponents to provide the following: Prepare an Affordable Housing Land Strategy (the Strategy). The Strategy will implement the City’s Housing Affordability Strategy (HAS) Action 1.2.1 by reviewing City-owned lands, identifying sites with potential for affordable housing development, forecasting unit creation, and outlining costs, revenues, timing, and operational/community impacts. The assignment will culminate in both an internal, detailed feasibility package and a public-facing summary report. Work is anticipated to begin upon contract award and be completed by December 31, 2026. The City is seeking Proposals from Responsible Proponents that have the necessary qualifications and experience to provide the Services sought. |
