The City is inviting proposals from qualified consultants to complete building condition assessments on the properties/buildings owned by the City of Guelph. The purpose of this proposal is to provide a building condition assessment that identifies per property/building a 25-year budget, which on a yearly basis lists all major repairs or replacement of systems at each property/facility based on the current condition, age, maintenance practices, life expectancy, etc. The overall scope of work aligns with the City’s 2017 Corporate Asset Management Plan
