The City is seeking Proposals from qualified consultants to provide the consulting services for needs assessment for an Electronic Fare Management System (‘EFMS’). The program is broken into two phases Phase 1 includes but not limited to the needs assessment, data collection and recommendation, Phase 2 includes but not limited to development of the RFP specification based on the recommendation and assistant in RFP process and evaluation. The City is seeking Proposals from Responsible Bidders that have the necessary qualifications and experience to provide the Goods and Services sought. |
