The City is seeking Tenders to provide the following Goods and Services in respect of:
The supply and delivery of various Water Works products as and when required.

Group B – Fittings
Group C – Service Boxes and Stems
Group D – Curb Stops
Group E – Cutting in Sleeves
Group F – Fire Hydrants
Group G – Fire Hydrant Extensions
Group H – Fire Hydrant Repair Kits
Group I – Main Stops
Group J – Pipe Copper
Group K – Pipe – Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC)
Group L – Repair Clamps
Group M – Restraints
Group N – Service Saddles
Group O – Unions
Group P – Gate Valves
Group Q – Valve Boxes
Group R - Miscellaneous

The City reserves the right to award any or all parts or groups individually.  You may bid on any or all parts or groups as listed on the online Form of Tender

The first term of the agreement will commence upon tender award and will end July 31st, 2026 (the “Initial Term”).  The agreement may be renewed at the sole discretion of the City for up to three (3) additional one (1) year (each a “Renewal Term”) to July 31st, 2029.
The City is seeking Tenders from Responsible Bidders that have the necessary qualifications and experience to provide the Goods and Services sought.
