The City is seeking Tenders to provide the following Goods and Services in respect of:
A subsurface utility engineering (SUE) consultant to perform a Quality Level B subsurface investigation of underground utilities and services within the study areas including watermains, sewers, telecommunications, hydro, gas, ect. 
There are three study areas that are part of this project, outlined in the Terms of Reference including:
• Industrial Street and Clythe Creek Ponds
• City owned lot on Stevenson Street and PDI Lands (private)
• William Street and Cassino Avenue

The City is seeking Tenders from Responsible Bidders that have the necessary qualifications and experience to provide the Goods and Services sought.
