The City of Guelph is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced engineering consulting firms to update the capital needs assessment for its water supply and treatment infrastructure. In general, this assignment includes:

  • Collection of background materials,
  • Verification of inventory records through field inspection,
  • Evaluation of asset condition, valuation, and risk,
  • Reviewing opportunities to enhance proactive maintenance programs, 
  • Developing a prioritized 25-year capital renewal plan.
