The City of Guelph (City) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced multi-disciplinary consulting teams led by an Architect to perform consulting services for the design, construction and final commissioning of the new Guelph Wellington Paramedic Services (GWPS) paramedic station at 218 Speedvale Ave in Guelph. The facility will be approximately 6,250 square feet. This new facility will provide the infrastructure needed to support the daily operations of the paramedic team while ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
The scope of work includes all required consulting services for schematic design, selection of equipment and furnishings, detailed design, engineering, permitting, production of contract documents, cost estimate(s) of all works, and administration of the construction contract and commissioning of the works.
The City is seeking Proposals from Responsible Proponents that have the necessary qualifications and experience to provide the Services sought.
