The City is seeking Tenders to provide the following Goods and Services in respect of a subsurface utility engineering (SUE) consultant to perform a subsurface investigation of underground utilities and services within the project limits including watermains, sewers, telecommunications, hydro, gas, etc.

The City is seeking Tenders from Responsible Bidders that have the necessary qualifications and experience to provide the Goods and Services sought.
