City of Guelph Water Services is seeking tenders from qualified and experienced Contractors to provide hydrovac excavation services (with an operator), on an as needed basis. The selected Contractor(s) will provide hydrovac excavation services and operator labour in accordance with the specifications outlined in this bid document, as well as all applicable regulations.
