| Description: | The City is seeking Proposals from qualified bidders to provide the following services: Surveying services required for topographic survey and utility mapping. The work includes establishing horizontal and vertical control at the project site, field verification, utility research and generation of topographic base mapping. MANDATORY SITE VISITS The City will provide a single mandatory site visit for potential Proponents to view the site location, located at 530 Wellington Street West in Guelph, ON. This site visit will take place on Thursday, July 4th, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. SHARP. No other site visits will be provided. The City will reject any Proposal from any Proponent that does not attend this site visit. Only 2 representatives from each company are to attend. Parking is restricted to one vehicle per company. All persons are required to have and wear the following PPE items: Steel toed footwear, hard hats, safety glasses and hearing protection. Anyone not having these items will not be allowed in the facility. Please use the West Entrance and sign in with front desk staff in the Administration building upon arrival. |
