The City is seeking Proposals from qualified Proponents to provide the following:

  1. Consulting services to complete the detailed design, tendering support and contract administration for the construction of a trunk sanitary sewer and transmission watermain at the Hanlon Expressway and Wellington Street, and;
  2. Provide and undertake Environmental, Hydrogeological and Geotechnical (EHG) Investigation Services to support the detailed design of the Trunk Sewer and Watermain trenchless crossing of the Hanlon Expressway.

The City is seeking Proposals from Responsible Proponents that have the necessary qualifications and experience to provide the Services sought.
