The City is seeking Proposals from qualified and experienced engineering consultants to provide consulting services for:
-Preliminary and detailed design for infrastructure improvements related to secondary disinfection residual (SDR).
-Services during tendering, construction and the warranty period. 

The City is seeking Proposals from Responsible Proponents that have the necessary qualifications and experience to provide the Services sought.
