The City is seeking Proposals from qualified Proponents to provide the following: -Professional and technical services to design, fabricate, supply and deliver gravity belt thickener and its ancillary equipment; -With the exception of only the approved shop drawings, which will be paid for by the City, the Successful Proponent will enter into a Novation Agreement and will work and will be paid as a direct sub-contractor to a General Contractor. Contact information for the General Contractor will be provided following the award of the General Construction Contract for the project. *Mandatory Sample Collection will be completed on Thursday March 12th, 2026, at 10 a.m. SHARP. No other sampling date will be provided. The City is seeking Proposals from Responsible Proponents that have the necessary qualifications and experience to provide the Services sought. |
