The City is seeking Tenders to provide the following Goods and Services in respect of: Renovations to the washroom and changeroom facilities in the Administration Building at the Waste Resource Innovation Centre (WRIC). Work is anticipated to begin upon contract award and be substantially completed by September 18, 2026. This Tender is being issued to the Successful pre-qualified firms from Contract 23-107 General Contractor for Small Works Construction Pre-Qualification. The below list outlines the firms that have pre-qualified and are eligible to submit a bid.
