Description: 

The City of Guelph is inviting proposals from qualified Proponents to supply goods and services in respect of:

a)  Electronic Fare Collection System (‘EFMS’) in accordance with the specification provided for in this RFP.

b)  The major components of the Work are as follows:

i)  Customization of the hardware, software and/or firmware provided for the EFMS to function as required;

ii)  Training Guelph Transit employees and personnel to operate and maintain the EFMS;

iii)  Installing, commissioning, warranting and servicing of all on-bus and handheld equipment and of all other non-bus hardware and/or software required for the EFMS to meet functional requirements;

iv)  Providing a complete, fully operational and integrated EFMS.

v)  Perform the work in accordance with the System Design Specification and Test Plan documents approved by Guelph Transit

The City is seeking Proposals from Responsible Bidders that have the necessary qualifications and experience to provide the Goods and Services sought.
