The City is seeking Proposals from qualified Proponents to provide the following: 

  1. Consulting services for the 2026-2030 sanitary and storm flow monitoring program which will include the installation, maintenance, and data collection from flow monitors and rain gauges and with the inclusion of real-time data collection systems with warning capabilities.
  2. Work is anticipated to begin upon contract award with a duration of four (4) complete years of flow monitoring.
