The City is seeking Tenders to provide the following Goods and Services in respect of:

  1. Landscaping and grounds maintenance services for all Sewage Stations (SPSs) and the Water Resource Recovery Center (WRRC)
  2. Work is anticipated to begin January 1st, 2027, for a three (3) year term with the option to renew for one (1) additional one (1) year term.

The City is seeking Tenders from Responsible Bidders that have the necessary qualifications and experience to provide the Goods and Services sought.
