The City is seeking Proposals from qualified professional and technical engineering services to prepare the detailed design and tender documents and provide construction contract administration and site inspection services and post construction services to upgrade the aeration blowers and channel air systems located at the Guelph Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) located at 530 Wellington Street West. MANDATORY SITE VISIT - The City will provide a single mandatory site visit for potential Proponents to view the site location, located at 530 Wellington Street West in Guelph, ON. This site visit will take place on Tuesday, April 2nd, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. SHARP. No other site visits will be provided. The City will reject any Proposal from any Proponent that does not attend this site visit. Only 2 representatives from each company are to attend. Parking is restricted to one vehicle per company. All persons are required to have and wear the following PPE items: Steel toed footwear, hard hats, safety glasses and hearing protection. Anyone not having these items will not be allowed in the facility. Please use the West Entrance and sign in with front desk staff in the Administration building upon arrival. |
