The City is seeking Proposals from qualified Proponents to provide engineering consulting services to complete the preliminary and detailed design for the replacement of the Eastview Landfill gas flare system, including associated SCADA and controls upgrades. Work includes mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, controls, and SCADA integration, along with regulatory support, system integration, construction oversight, contract administration, training, and project closeout services. Work is anticipated to begin upon contract award and be completed by December 31, 2029. The City is seeking Proposals from Responsible Proponents that have the necessary qualifications and experience to provide the Services sought. |
