Description: 
  1. The project is located at the Lyon Pool at 301 York Road in Guelph, Ontario. 
  2. This project is issued for tender as a Design-Build contract between the pool contractor and the City of Guelph. 
  3. The scope of work includes the following:
  • Removal of existing pool tank and underground tunnels along pool perimeter.
  • Removal of all pool piping, fittings, etc. up to the pool building wall.
  • Removal of concrete pool deck, including drains, and perimeter sidewalk (beyond fencing).
  • Removal of chain link fencing and gates.
  • New pool with piping, new pool deck/surface with drainage and new perimeter fencing
  • Scope of work will involve connecting to the City’s existing stormwater and sanitary systems.
