The City is seeking to pre-qualify Applicants to provide General Contracting Services for concrete, structural upgrades, deck waterproofing replacements and other miscellaneous repairs to the existing East and West Parkades. Successful Applicants will be invited to bid on subsequent bid opportunities for the work. Work involved in the subsequent bid opportunities will include but not be limited to: -Replace deck waterproofing systems various locations -Localized concrete repairs in conjunction with water proofing replacement -Localized wall, column and beam repairs in conjunction with localized concrete repairs -Localized roof slab waterproofing repairs -Roof level railings and fence replacement various locations -Re-waterproofing stairwells and replacing significantly deteriorated steel pan concrete stairs -Replace existing elevator (east parkade) -Roof level stairwell roofing replacement -Drainpipe repairs -Interior finish painting -Signage The City is seeking Proposals from Responsible Applicants that have the necessary qualifications and experience to provide the Goods and Services sought above. |
