The City is seeking Tenders to provide the following Goods and Services in respect of: Main floor renovation of Fire Station 1, 50 Wyndham Street South. The project involves interior renovations to reconfigure existing spaces and improve functionality. The project is anticipated to begin July 2026 and be substantially completed by end of September 2026. This Tender is being issued to the Successful pre-qualified firms from Contract 23-107 General Contractor for Small Works Construction Pre-Qualification. The below list outlines the firms that have pre-qualified and are eligible to submit a bid.
