The City is seeking Tenders to provide the following Goods and Services in respect of: The cleaning of Digester 2 at the Guelph Water Resource Recovery Center (WRRC), in Guelph, Ontario. The major components associated with this work include: -Utility locates as required -Excavation and exposure of access hatch required for access in the digester. The Contractor must ONLY enter digester from the bottom access hatch and not through the roof. -Removal and off-site disposal of digester contents, including but not limited to scum, grit, sand, hair, grease and sediment -Cleaning of interior of digester, 4 draft tubes (3 on sides and 1 in center) including all piping and other digester equipment, and removal of cleaning debris -Pressure washed to Owner’s satisfaction -Restore disturbed areas (grass, asphalt, etc) -Work is anticipated to begin upon contract award and be completed by July 17, 2026. The City is seeking Tenders from Responsible Bidders that have the necessary qualifications and experience to provide the Goods and Services sought. |
