Description: 

The City of Guelph is seeking design, engineering, and contract administration services for the Biosolids Facility Upgrade at its Water Resource Recovery Centre (WRRC). The Biosolids Facility Upgrade project consists of the design of a new biosolids building and ancillary facilities such as odor control and biosolids storage as well as the design of multiple sludge and biosolids treatment process units such as sludge thickening, biosolids dewatering and biosolids beneficial use/enhanced treatment.
