The City of Guelph is issuing this Request for Pre-Qualification to solicit Proposals from qualified Consulting Engineers interested in providing services for the Detailed Design and Construction Support of the Downtown Infrastructure Renewal Program – Phase 2: Macdonell Street & Structures Reconstruction.

This RFPQ will result in pre-qualified consultants being invited to respond to a Request for Proposal in Q1 2026. The pre-qualified consultants must have a proven and demonstrated ability to lead, manage and deliver a highly complicated and constrained infrastructure project in a vibrant downtown that will generate an extreme level of public interest.
