Description: 
  1. City of Guelph Water Services is seeking tenders from qualified and experienced Contractor(s), for rental of heavy equipment (with an operator), on an as needed basis. The selected Contractor(s) will provide all rental equipment and operator labour in accordance with the specifications outlined in this bid document as well as all applicable regulations.

The scope of work generally includes:

a) Provision of heavy equipment (with operator) rental services for after hours, emergency repair of watermain/water infrastructure (24 hour, on-call basis),

b) Provision of heavy equipment (with operator) rental services for scheduled repair of watermain/water infrastructure (regular hours),

c) Working at all times under the supervision and direction of the City of Guelph Water Operator in Charge (OIC).
