Description: 
  1. Consulting services for the purposes of evaluating its role in the delivery of affordable housing. The City is seeking qualified proponents to deliver an evaluation of delivery models, financial and legal implications, and a framework for decision making in participation of affordable housing projects
  2. Work is anticipated to begin upon contract award and be completed by December 2026.
