Description: 

The City of Guelph (City) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced multi-disciplinary consulting teams led by an Architect to perform consulting services for the design, construction and final commissioning of a renovation of the Waterworks – FM Woods building located at 29 Waterworks Place.  The facility will be approximately 6,500 square feet.
The scope of work includes all required consulting services for schematic design, selection of equipment and furnishings, detailed design, engineering, permitting, production of contract documents, cost estimate(s) of all works, and administration of the construction contract and commissioning of the works.
Work is anticipated to begin upon contract award with construction target to be completion by fall 2027.
The City is seeking Proposals from Responsible Proponents that have the necessary qualifications and experience to provide the Services sought
