Description: 
  1. The City is seeking Proposals from qualified Proponents to provide the following:
  2. Professional and technical services to design, fabricate, supply and deliver a pile cloth media tertiary disk filtration system as part of an upgrade to the Guelph Water Resource Recovery Centre (WRRC).

  3. The intent of the City is to issue a purchase order for the supply of Shop Drawings. The shop drawings will be used by the Engineer to design the new tertiary treatment facility. The remainder of this Contract, including fabrication, supply, onsite delivery, onsite training, supervision of installation, startup, commissioning and completion of acceptance testing, maintenance and warranty work shall be novated via CCDC 2 Construction Contract to a General Contractor. 

  4. The Successful Proponent will enter into a Novation Agreement and will be paid as a direct sub-contractor to a General Contractor. Contact information for the General Contractor will be provided following the award of the General Construction Contract.
