The City of Guelph (City) is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to undertake a conceptual design study for 13-km of protected cycling infrastructure within Guelph right-of-ways, and to plan and lead communications and engagement, in fulfillment of an Investing in Canada Infrastructure Program (ICIP) grant.
