The new ITSM platform will support the City’s strategic goals by enhancing service delivery, improving operational efficiency, and enabling greater integration across departments. Key priorities include a streamlined user experience, strong customization capabilities, cost optimization, and alignment with ITIL v4, the industry best practices. This Request for Proposal (RFP) invites qualified vendors to submit proposals for a comprehensive ITSM solution that will empower the City’s IT Operations to meet evolving organizational needs and deliver exceptional service outcomes. |
