The City is seeking Proposals from qualified Proponents to provide the following:

  1. Consulting services for the Detailed Design and Construction Support Services for the restoration of Hanlon Creek and its floodplain within the Downey Wellfield property.
  2. Work is anticipated to begin upon contract award and be completed by March 15, 2029
