The City of Guelph is
seeking submissions from Demolition Contractors to provide services for demolition
of the existing Subbor Building at the City’s Waste Resource Innovation Centre
(“the WRIC”). The City is seeking Tenders from Responsible
Bidders that have the necessary qualifications and experience to provide the
Goods and Services sought.
Due to uncertainty
related to the Covid-19 pandemic, including emergency measures and mandatory
closure orders, following award of a contract under this RFT the execution by
the City of the contract documents and/or the dates and times when the work is
anticipated to be commenced, performed, and completed are subject to change at
the City’s sole discretion.
