Description:  The City is seeking Proposals from qualified engineering consultants to provide consulting services for the Membro Replacement Well Outfitting and Building Addition Project. This assignment includes: • completing the preliminary and final design, • control system programming, • obtaining the required permits and approvals, and • providing services during tendering, construction and the warranty period. MANDATORY SITE MEETING City will provide a single Mandatory site visit for Proponents to view site location, Membro Well Station located at 290 Water St., Guelph. The site visit will take place on September 25 at 10:00 am sharp. This meeting is limited to a maximum of three attendees from each Consulting firm. No other site visits will be provided. The City will reject any Bid from any Proponent that does not attend this site visit. Appropriate personal protective equipment must be worn for the site visit.
