The City is seeking Proposals from qualified and experienced multi-disciplinary consulting teams led by an Architect to perform consulting services for the design, construction, and commissioning of a renovation of the Guelph City Hall building located at 1 Carden Street. This consulting assignment aims to make better use of the existing space within City facilities and hybrid work to limit the future expansion of City facilities, help the City meet its sustainability goals, and reduce future capital requirements. |
